KeepOn

KeepOn is a free, open-source app with no ads or tracking. It keeps your screen on for your chosen time, then resets to default. It works with your device and Tasker/Locale. Needs WRITE_SETTINGS and FOREGROUND_SERVICE permissions. Check out the code on GitHub!
